Hello Mod Chrisso, i was using a jagex client when i was on my way to nex, i died and lost a sum of 180m, sirenic, razor gaunts., steadfast, and an off drygore rapier. My screen however turned black (blackscreened) and i dced where i was unable to save my key and continue my way to recover my lost items. i have been a costumer for more than 8 years and am very upset how i lost these items from a lag. i want to file for a reimbursement.

Unfortunately, as the issue was on your end by the sounds of things, it's unlikely that you'll get your items back. However, you can try tweeting @JagexSupport and asking them to look in to it for you ^_^
