anyway, being the impatient person i am (or i can say it to celebrate the return of blue Asian), i guess its time for
GAMING FACT #2
when SEGA sought a new mascot, they designed this new mascot around anthropomorphic animals. some of the early designs included an armadillo and a rabbit, both of which would be characters later (mighty and cream respectively). they finally settled on a hedgehog named Mr. Needlemouse, who was later renamed Sonic the Hedgehog, possibly to appeal to a mature audience
