Well, I'm never buying another HP product again. My HP laptop, which is just 7 months old, is being ridiculously slow not only on RS, but on every site that I use. I tried getting help from their CS, but all they did was try to sell me a product that I can't afford, then want to charge me $100 or $15/mo for a one time thing... They also kept saying that my warranty, which doesn't expire until Christmas Eve, has already expired. I'll have my brother's friend's father look at it tomorrow hopefully. I haven't had a problem with lag on it until recently, but this is ridiculous.
I know what you mean, I have brought hp because that is what I could afford, and I hate it, I hate it soooo very much!
