Well, I've been thinking about getting a new laptop since January since I've been having "A Thing Called Lag" bothering me a little more than usual. This laptop is a little over 2 years old, but definitely a lot faster than my previous one, which was amazing until it got a virus off a secure site 3 years ago... after that it just was so much slower, but was still decent, but couldn't handle the graphics and such when RS3 came out, so I literally played OSRS for roughly 3 months until I had enough to buy this laptop.

Perhaps you should try to contact the previous owner and ask him to make a new thread or ask if you could make it. If he doesn't make a new thread for a certain amount of time, I believe you can make a new version, but state that if he wants to create the next version, then it can be locked and have him create it.
