^Speaking of OSRS, it seems to me that magic seems to be very underwhelming, with a max hit of 33, especially when Ranged and Melee can almost do 1HKOs.

There's only a few bosses that you can effectively use magic against. There's also almost no defence bonus from armor, even in ahrim's, so you're constantly taking damage. There's no decent special attack that does damage. Also, the regular spellbook isn't very useful in pvp outside of using SoT* wth flames of zamorak and alching. Entangle only lets you attack pretty much 3 times at the most before having to freeze again.

If magic could effectively be used in PvP (not bridding/fcing), then it would be nice.
