It's interesting you mention that, I spoke with my GP a few months back about this and the response was on the lines of the following:

They generally aren't recommended because the immunity doesn't last very long and therefore you need to be injected often to keep your immunity up. Over time, you'll also need stronger injections to keep your immunity up

With this in mind, there's always a risk that this higher exposure (even if it's considered a reasonable amount by doctors) can cause you to go into anaphylactic shock, which can be really dangerous if you're getting the injections in an outpatient clinic versus an actual hospital that can take care of you if that happens

If you do have the reaction like that, it's very unlikely they'd continue administering injections as it could happen again and they'd probably be looking at alternative treatments e.g. medication to treat the symptoms

So for me personally, I'm happy to stick to antihistamines & sprays ^_^

Have y'all tried getting allergy shots to improve your immunity?
That is an interesting idea but I'm not a fan of getting injections for the smallest things lol. Now that its been mentioned I may look into it if things get really bad.

Yeah, do look into it.
I don't like shots either, but my options were limited.

did one of those allergy tests after the 2nd allergy season gave me the feeling of having a case of the flu (my allergy response is more to cough rather than the more traditional nasal congestion .... turns out the cells in the throat are the same as the nasal passage ... so you could get a slightly different response from the exact same stimuli as someone else)

the allergy test showed a rather ... broad ... allergy issue. took about 4 years.
(keep in mind, I went in like clockwork so could accelerate the process a little, got better on the 2nd year of shots. only reason I didn't end it sooner was the allergist created another batch of serum on me, took another 6 or 9 months of monthly visits to use it up)

how risky would it be to have an RS version of Never Have I Ever as a game?
can only do say "never have I ever" related to RS activities

Player A:
Never have I ever gotten a Slayer Task from [insert slayer Master]
Player B:
Says yes or no
they do a Never have I ever (ie: Never have I ever fought a Super cow)
Player C:
Says yes or no
they do the next Never have I ever

I think it'd be fine. There's quite a potential for a wide range of questions to be asked about all aspects of the game. My only concern with it would be the potential for questions about drops/personal wealth/account history (things like being lured or scammed). Maybe it's me being too picky in that, but I'm not too sure how many people would like to announce that. Of course, you could just click off the thread, but I think people come hear to participate and they shouldn't feel uncomfterable.

I think you could get around this by asking people not to ask questions which could compromise someone's account security or privacy - Any questions that did do this, the next person wouldn't have to answer and could instead choose a new question :)
