I had a runny nose close to a year, it just wouldn't stop running and the doctor told me it was allergies :| The runny nose has started up again slightly with only a couple of months break from it.

Take care everyone who suffers from allergies :)

Yeah, hayfever gets me as well :(

Antihistamines do help some people, and you can get it over the counter without a prescription. Just need to be careful of interactions if you're taking any other medications, doctors can prescribe something stronger if your hayfever is really bad though :)

If not, there are nasal sprays and eye sprays if you have sneezing and/or itchy eyes. Sometimes a cold flannel or towel placed across closed eyes can help soothe them. Depending on where you live and how lockdown is, you may want to try and avoid being outside for too long on days where the pollen count is very high unless you really have to be

Stay safe <3

The sprays are tempting since I have really itchy eyes in the evenings and during the day I can feel it going up my nose. Right now I'm only taking Cetirizine tablets once or twice a day but it just isn't cutting it.
It's annoying that it gets worse indoors to the point that I can't even leave the window open. :/
