project L.A.V.A is completed much sooner than expected! All rivers of lava have been dammed up and redirected into a man made lake of lava that powers a massive power station, excess and run off lava is channeled into the sea to create new land.
The extra power is being used to lower electricity bills for all citizens and is being used to kickstart project A.S.E.C.U.T.O.E.
Due to the highly sensitive nature of this, we will immediatly explain what it is.
We are using the vast ammounts of extra power to attept to stabilize and controll alchemized techno-ore. As you know, techno-ore when properly proscesed with alchemy becomes a non-elemental object that can control the four elements: air, earth, wind, and fire. We do jot expect to finish soon however, and we will understand if the Bos does not approve.
When the project is completed, we wish to be upgraded to a tier two power. (the project may take as long as two weeks).
