Nero's, I will have to deny the 5 genesis soldiers per 400 diamonds deal, Genesis Soldiers are Marosions who volunteer for the transformation, we figure that we can't just sell our people for diamonds. Plus, they are made from more than just diamonds. They are made from Mars technology, the diamond part of the fusion is only about 10%, and 1% of how much it cost to get the materials to create one.
Mars has created new mining jobs for the civilians as jobs, and many civilians have become engineers \ scientist \ technicians. We are beginning to mine now. And hopefully find diamonds.
Parades are everywhere, as the first president of Mars is put into office, to change the way of old, "Zargaria" a once terrifying place, ware you couldn't leave your house, and you were forced into things you didn't want to do, such as test subjects for biological weapons...
Mars is now doing maintenance and upgrading all satellites in space one again to upgrade there weapon systems.

We have stockpiled many diamonds, and discovered later that any projects we wanted to do would be a bit out there... We are giving you 1500 diamonds for the genisis soldiers.

Also we have finished our titans, and Project SSD.
SSD will remain highly classified till wednesday, due to the security breach caused by assassinations of Terrorria's leaders.
Project EAPLRSR- Highly classified, all of my best scientists are on it, will be done wednesday.
Project Terraform V2.0- will give this tech improvement to neros when done, this is an improvement to the canisters, so that they will be the same size, but able to form 2-3x as large. Prolly done Thursday, done wednesday if neros funds.
While SSD is highly classified, the only thing that can be released is where it is located, which is Sector Alpha01, which is our new Base of Operations, because we are trying to take over that system, we will share it with others, as we will likely need help to take over one of the planets, which appears to be hostile, but in the "stone" age. And we dont particularly want to ruin our planet, but then they could beat our ground units...
Also, on the Warsaw pact, I suggest this system to be a good place to build a large gatherpoint/ base of Operations, because its not far out of the way, and i have colonized parts of the system.
We are shocked by the assassination attempts and are currently on danger lvl Purple, which is medium alert. We also activate our cloning machines and clone me, and put the 10 clones into cold stasis. We have sent our large research station to Alpha01, where it will remain and be there to lead all research. The Researchers start project Radar, which will be a Ground,Air,Sea, And Space radar detection depending on what type we build. Will update all of those systems regularly

Once again, I'm not giving away marosians for diamonds. :P But I will buy the 1,500 diamonds for 1,500,000$
Also the assassinations were done by genesis soldiers during the old rule of Zargaria.

I could shoot viral bombs at some planets it doesn't cause damage, but it would kill the people who inhabit it, then I can clean the virus off it.

Economy: corpotaion run, makes and sells vast amounts of rare and valuable techno-ore, which is an extremely great cunducter, very workable, and extrordinary durabul, wich makes it excelent for use in technology.
Currency: gold coins made from gold we extract from impure techno ore
Troops #: 5000 strong standing peace keeping force.
Types of Soldiers: Lava marines, sail up and down rivers of lava to rach areas of our nation
Military Tech (weapons and defence): strong obsidian fortesses. the marines launch balls of lava from specialy made slings as a primary weapon.
Anything else you want to add: We are located in scandinavia. the nation was turned into a volcanic, mineral rich mining paradise after the horrific defeat of Zacktopia. We are peacefull and are content to trade techno-ore to other nations in exchang for money and knowledge on how to use our techno ore, as we have little technology our selves.

I would like to make an offer for a treaty with trevmothia, as we are the knewest countries to submit an aplication to the superpower council.
In exchange for military protection, we will give you 25% off on all our techno-ore you care to buy from us. If you read my application, you will know how usefull techno-ore can be.

The going price for our ore is the equivilant of 500 U.S dollars per ounce.

Erm 2dyansty you can't join the BoS till your a superpower, which takes a long time. Unless you mean your the newest countries to arrive then my mistake
Nerosian drills have found a 2nd much larger diamond mine. As we get further down we will be doing more tests on whether or not Nerosian citizens can live down there.
Anyways Mars i will happily to send diamonds anyways. We shall be shipping 1560 diamonds per trip. We don't care how much you pay for them. Since we have 2 mines for diamonds now!
