*after my little argument with duncan i notice two combatants seeking recruitment and succeeding. i curiously examine them, much to their annoyance. i see their expression*

"hmm, seeking the destroyer, are you? i got little time with amateurs, but you look strong. lets just hope your confidence will not be your undoing. i am the forgotten, but everyone seems to call me very mad guy for some reason. and you are..."

hmm... I have learned of FrenzySlayers defeat it is a sad time.... Well for him as I am not dead and all he did was bought me time... not very much time at that. hmm..... I've started amassing a small following of those who lost loved ones from the outcome of these battles..... they are filled with grief and don't have any quarrels with destroying this world. This following will be enough for the infusion. (time to do the sterotypical bad guy thing) I'll communicate with these "heroes" with an old communication spell. (EasiestEnemy starts speaking into a Comm Portal)

"listen here fiends, I have started the countdown to Dooms Day and you and all of this world will explode in a Glorious display of my power. I will die, You will die, We will all die but it must be done.......... I have a following that is willing to help with my plan..... You have 4days before this world explodes. Come and find me at the planets core if you wish too...... Stop me. and don't think you can trace my magic to find me it is not traceable i am hosting this Comm portal from another world....... "you people are coming with me, arent you? if his threat is genuine then we might need to do something now or millions, if not billions will die. i could possibly dig a tunnel to the core easily with rage form. duncan, do you know about some kind of heat isolation?"

*i just look at the hand while syl has an understandably confused expression on her face. i then extend my own hand in order to shake hands, finally understanding what she was trying to do*

*i curiously look at syl one last time*

*my attention is then focused on the ruins. i look around, mind flooded with memories of my former glory. i remember training my men, fighting alongside them and finally the genocide caused by yontyv. i get back to the real world and angrily punch a wall in grief*

*a hydrogen bomb...... Perfect Mages on me this bomb hasn't hit the ground yet we will slow it down and capture it and study its technology.... hehe Vulfbehrt does not know what he has done. He has given me the key, the key to a new age the 7th age the "Nuclear age" mwahahahahahhahahaha*

(the mages successfully bring the bomb to a halt and teleports it away for study)

As we sit waiting for the drill to reach the center of the Earth, I hear faint rustling behind me. I signal to the rest of the team to come over.

"Do you hear that?", I ask quietly.

"Yeah, it just sounds like wind going through some bushs. It's probably nothing," Syl responds. "We are all on edge because of the battle we may have to fight soon. I'm glad you are taking your role as guard serious, but take it easy."

"How about you rest for a bit?", Secret adds on.

I let out a big sigh. "You guys are probably right. Sorry to bother you I haven't had much sleep and-"

I was cut off by a evil laugh. Suddenly, a group of mercenaries surround us. They must have been hiding around the ruins!

"Well, well, well." The lead mercenary begins. "It looks like I finally found you guys. And what is this? It seems they are trying to reach the center of the planet. Let's stop them, shall we?"

All the mercenaries began to unsheathe their weapons- I saw bows, swords, wands, everything. We were terribly outnumbered; there were more than 30 men and women ready to fight. Not to mention what he said next chilled all of us to the bone.

"Before we take you out, how about I tell you a secret? All your efforts have been in vain- we have a new weapon, one so powerful we can easily wipe out any major city and easily take over this world. And nobody will be able to stop us!"

As we sat sitting there with a look of horror on our face, the leader signals his men to begin the fight.

"you think you can scare me like that? you evil doers are all the same. all bark, no bite"

*i begin to speak loudly, the dark voice echoing through the ruined halls*

"untold evils i have faced, and i bested them all. you think a band like you can stop me, let alone this small army here? if you know whats best for you... RUN !"

*the gang gets unnerved and i seize the opportunity to unsheathe my dagger, quickly get behind the leader and hold my free arm around his neck. i then stab him in the back with the dagger. i then dig the dagger further in as everyone else watches, the mercenary leader still alive*
