Well tbh I didn't think this fight would last weeks.

*While most of the group are fighting Jack turns around spots me reading some strange magazine and sipping a tall glass of root beer.*

Jack: Aren't you going to do something! Your teammates could die out there you know!

Me: Meh... I've fought way more dangerous enemies than this. You know like this girl who could bring shadows to life or this guy who makes Sarah's magic look like a tricks from a cheap carnival show. Besides you've already seen me destroy an entire army and save everyone at the same time.

Jack: Well if it's that easy to kill then show us.

*I pull out my sword and start waving it around.*

Me: Pfft I have thousands of ways I could kill this thing I could activate my tachyon drive again, use this new tech in my fist, create an exact copy of the Annihilator, summon a tone of swords to impale it or even shoot lightning with my sword just to name a fe...

*I accidentally fire a bolt of lighting into the air and lightning rains down from the heavens and hits Mountain knocking him down.*

Me: Uhh... Opps.

Duncan: Well that was anti climatic.

*Mountain gets up and tries to punch me.*

Mountain: Fool did you think you could kill me that e...

*I grab his fist effortlessly and I then throw him over my shoulder and far off into the ocean.*

huh. i guess it only makes sense that the one who starts the fight is the one who finishes it. i suppose it was necessary too, considering the time it took. considering what i do, i wonder if my content is getting a little too dark and gritty compared to the overall exaggerated and absurd nature of forum fight. i have prepared some more "forum fighty" scenes in the future, but i should probably soften up and cut down on the narrative a little to make it easier to read and not something straight out of spec ops: the line (then again, when i think about how i already have implemented christina 2.0 in the story, it seems my morally ambiguous writing must be confronted one day)

as mountain lands in the water, the splash releases a massive wave, which forces christina and duncan to combine their efforts and summon a wall of fire to evaporate it before it crashes down on the entire party. sarah manages to overhear a small conversation behind us

black knight 1: "What do you think?"

black knight 2: "Uh... I'd say leave them alone."

BK1: "Good idea."

we soon hear the sound of blades and axes drop to the ground alongside hurried footsteps. the group takes the time to eat and rest, and the next day we prepare to depart. however, chirstina seems to be rather tired, even for morning standards

jack: "Christina? Are you OK?"

christina: "I'm fine. I just had a terrible nightmare. I couldn't sleep for hours."

jack: "If it helps you, I'd like to hear it."

christina: "It's... nothing to worry about."

jack: "Saying that just makes me more worried."

christina: "Thank you, but it's something I'd like to keep to myself for now."

jack: "If that's your wish, then I'll respect it. Just keep in mind that you can tell me about anything that bothers you."

during this conversation, everything is packed up and the group is ready to travel once again, this time though the white wolf mountain. whatever may hide there, we do not know

I have an idea of how we can fast track the story...

*Upon entering the cavern the party find that the cave under white wolf is much larger than in the real world. It has been converted into a large refugee camp where the prisoners quickly run into and find their families. A black guard captain approaches the party.*

BGC: Halt who goes there!

Balour2: We are travellers sent fight Zemoregul by your king in Keldagrim.

*The Captain stares at us angrily and puts his axe against Balour2's throat.*

BGC: That heathen is no king of mine! Explain yourselves before I have you all executed!

*Balour2 explains the events so far and why are after Zemoregul and where the rest of the party are from. The Black Guard Captain quickly calms down.*

BGC: I see I suppose you weren't to know Hreidmar is king now. He clearly wants to take over Zemoregul's territory. I have a short cut that'll take you to Edgeville but be aware of Red Axe soldiers in the tunnels or Lucien's followers in Edgeville.

*The Black Guard Captain shows us the old mine cart tunnels.*

BGC: These tunnels lead to where you humans were going to build a massive trade hub. But after Lucien and Zemoregul took over they never got a chance to build it.

(Ok now I'll give everyone a chance to either explore the camp or just enter the tunnels and make the journey as exciting or boring as you'd like.) The statement below is false.

hmm, might have to change some plans here. during the month long break i have thought about how the story would go and emphasized some events at the forest north of falador and in varrock palace. good way to pass the time, honestly, and it helps flesh out my characters whether it actually happens or not

while waiting in the camp, i notice sarah had quite a worried expression on her face

me: "Sarah? Is something wrong?"

sarah: "Huh? Um, well, I guess I can't hide it anymore."

she reaches in her pocket and takes out a trahearn exoskeleton ciclet

sarah: "When I prepared to leave, I've been given an exoskeleton by the clan elders. I've been told it's heavily modified and might save my life, but should only be worn in an emergency. When I asked what it did, they kept quiet. To be honest... I'm scared."

me: "Scared? That sounds strange coming from you."

sarah: "I can't help it. I guess it powers me up somehow, but what if it gets too much? I don't want to hurt you or the others."

me: "No need to worry. In the face of danger, you never gave much consideration to what you could lose. Failure was never a possibility to you. And the elders? You trust them, right?"

sarah: "Of course I do."

me: "Then trust that they have your best interests in mind. They would never give you something you would be unable to cope with. Take their word, and if you do get out of control, I can assure you, no ill shall come of it. I shall ensure that myself."

sarah: "That... That's just what I wanted to hear. Thanks."

me: "See? That smile. This is the Sarah I know. Danger is coming, and you should approach it with a smile. Think nothing about what happens if you fail, only how you should succeed."
They see me rollin', they better run...

since a month has passed with no action, probably time for me to do some more. i have planned to split up the team a little so everyone gets a chance to shine (barlor 2.0 proves so redundant to the team composition that i keep forgetting he even exists). since i realized plot twists are also a bad idea in a forum where anyone can change the story, here is what i have planned

i was thinking that after zemouregal is defeated/killed, christina 2.0 would serve as the true final battle unless anyone plans more fights after that (my thinking is she would not appreciate rescue coming so late). once the story is finished, i think it warrants some good old fashioned arena fighting


after spending some time in the safe zone, sarah notices another tunnel, smaller than the one recommended

sarah: "Ooh, where does this lead?"

BGC: "That? That's the old mine. If I were you, I'd stay away. Ever since Zemouregal took over Varrock, the place has never been safe."

sarah: "Dangerous, huh? I'll take it."

BGC: "No. Trust me, you can't."

sarah: "I can't? Was that a challenge?!"

BGC: "Not a challenge! It was..."

sarah: "I'll show you what I can do! I'll go in that tunnel and come out alive. Just you wait and see."

me: "Sarah! Wait!"

sarah storms into the old cave while i follow. the rest of the crew notice what is about to happen, but before they can do anything, the entrance caves in and seals itself shut

jack: "Sarah! Barlor! No!"

christina: "Can we do something?!"

jack: "We can't. It's sealed too tight. If we try to mine out the rockslide, we risk the entire tunnel collapsing on their heads. We need to press on."

christina: "If you say so..."

barlor 2.0 puts down his ale as the five remaining adventurers go through the cave

Ok time start the defibrillator and breath some life into this thread.

Note: This first post isn't intended to be cannon unless you want it to be VMG. As it's mostly intended for comedic purposes.

*VMG and Sarah walk through the tunnel and see corpses of living rock creatures.*

Sarah: Ok is this suppose to scare us?

VMG: I'd save my judgment until we know what we are up against.

*VMG and Sarah continue to walk through the living rock grave yard until the stumble across Vorago's corpse.*

VMG: Ok we may have a problem.

Sarah: Pfft... We can take what ever is waiting for us.

VMG: I'm sure we can but at the same time we can't underest-

???: Do you no da wae?

*The two quickly turn around and find a bunch of strangle looking red creatures.*

Sarah: So these are the so called danger? They're actually kinda cute.

???: Short people are scared of our ebola.

VMG: Uhh and the rock creatures? How did you bring them down? Also who are you?

???: We took them down with our ebola and by spitting at them. We are the Ugandan Knuckles clan. Are you the new comandre and queen?

*Sarah leans in closer to VMG and whispers as the Knuckles start clicking.*

Sarah: What should we do?
