I understand perhaps from their point of view. Their job is to keep the forums clean and an old thread that doesn't receive any activity would seem a waste of space but only if the forums were active to begin with. I think in the current situation, those threads definitely need to be preserved. It's a great shame to see so much work go to waste.

I'm not sure what he's planning, but he said he'll be posting about it soon. He said it doesn't involve Jagex at all so I guess it'll be the forumers coordinating efforts.

I just finished a quick drawing of my own and it looks pretty static. I'll have to work on that. :P

Good question about the prizes. I'm not sure if it would be allowed. I hope so because if we host competitions for beginners, prizes might be able to bring people in who normally wouldn't touch ASCII.
