But yeah, no press filter? I could'** guessed maybe Scarlet wouldn't be so kind around the press; questions like "Did you just summon a grenade launcher into a mall?" tend to show off your bad side. :P

Oh please, something recording is the least of anyone's worries. Human interpretation of the situation is just as bad, since it can be spun in any direction the observer pleases.

The Press: "Did you call in heavy weapons to a situation where civilians might be in danger?"

Scarlet: "Calling in weaponry is standard protocol when dealing with terrorists."

The Press: "So the Ground Forces are trained to fire grenades into crowds of civilians?"

And then it deteriorates even more.


The problem is that she's somewhat paladin-esque, and wants the people that she's protecting to know the truth. Unfortunately, that kinda backfires a lot of the time, especially with sensitive information. Done in by the dubious doings of destiny.

I would not be surprised, nor would I object. She tends to get herself into trouble even if everything goes well. Done in by the dubious doings of destiny.

For the record, I don't think you mentioned that Ironwolf is a she (It sounds like more of a male name, to be honest) nor did you mention that SHE is dead, unless I just plain missed it. Just your friendly neighborhood gay boy! =)

Ironwolf leaned to the side, breathing heavily, and looked at Farren. The lava illuminated the beast, showing how the mail hugged the monster's body, waist slim, and upper chest protruding two curves. Ironwolf was female: a demonic, lycanthropic, giantess. She was twenty feet tall but not very broad considering her height, rather lean and narrow for a giant.

Also it was said that Ironwolf was busy resurrecting herself, but I don't know for sure where that was said first. Done in by the dubious doings of destiny.
