Disclaimer: I am not the TM. However, I'm awesome and you should still listen to me.

Never shorten anything. Seven posts isn't even that much, and if you've written it out and feel like it should be that long then keep it that way. I suppose I might be a bit biased since a lot of the stuff I write is longer than it probably should be, but I feel like shortening something that you have written out just because it'll take up more space than normal is stupid and shouldn't need to be done.

Wow that active users number is lower then I have ever seen it. I guess not a lot of people are in the forums today as a whole which means the rp forums isn't going to have a lot of those people here.

Blame Reddit, Twitter and Facebook for being so much more readily accessible to jagmods and legit information. :P

Chasers,
Seven posts is fine, you're allowed to make it as long as you want! Keep it as is. Glad to see that Inferi has a similar opinion.

Oh, I was typing the RP for Amelia, but I gtg, be back in an hour!

What you need to do is decide if you're planning on making the intro all in the past, part in the past and part in the present, or all in the present. Once you've figured that out, there's a few steps you need to take.

First, you pick a place. It could be a town, a city, out in the middle of nowhere, or even somewhere else. Then, you decide what your character is doing there. Then, you write about what they're doing there.

The purpose of the intro is to give some exposition on why they are who they are or what they're doing in the location that they're located. It's what YOU want to write, and doesn't have to connect to everything else that is happening at the moment.

You've got enough creativity to think up something to write; I know you do.

Azi, I have a couple of questions. I'm drafting up a few characters for As Demons Weeping to, as you put it, 'hinder' the main characters a bit (I like antagonists, and short-term involvement would be preferable to me at the moment). So, questions. I apologise if there's a section on demons I missed, but I didn't see any.

1. How are Demons born? Do they have two parents, no parents?
2. How long do Demons (non-arch) typically live? They seem to live longer if the 700-year old Cambion is any indication, do they simply stop aging or is their entire life cycle slower and they don't reach maturity until they're 200 or something?
3. Are Gargoyles intelligent, or animalistic? Can they speak?
4. Can I use unmentioned mythological creatures from various regions? Specifically, I'd like to use a siren (greek mythology) (I'll avoid mind control).

I'll probably have a few more questions down the line, and I'll need to wait for a convenient time within the setting, so no rush.

Also, hi back Annie.
