Emo would become the leader of The Whisperers, Azi would become the leader of The Kingdom, Annie would become the leader of the Hilltop, Westenev would lead Alexandria, and Venom would lead The Saviors.

In other words...

Emo would go off and form his own group, who would eventually start wearing the skins of zombies to move through their herds undetected. These brave yet mildly disturbed souls would then travel alongside the zombies in some sort of weird nomadic lifestyle.

Azi would join a different group, founded by hardcore RPers. Seeking to distract themselves from the horrors of the outside world, they would turn their leadership structure into that of a European kingdom during the Middle Ages. With his in-depth knowledge of the Medieval time period, he would quickly become King.

Annie gets a small peaceful farming community that doesn't like open conflict. They have a blacksmith and a resident ninja who looks exactly like Jesus. Pretty chill.

Westenev gets one of the classier settlements, with electricity and everything. But the people are sheltered and most are not entirely familiar with how the hell they are supposed to survive outside.

Venom would lead a bunch of thugs who he uses to bully other communities for their supplies. Allies and enemies alike would fear him, while he lives a luxurious life in an impenetrable zombie-surrounded fortress. Beneath the gold, the Bitter Steel.
