Can you provide any witnesses who have seen you make a western thread?
Can you prove that you have a copyright or patent over the western genre?
I vaguely remember a Breaking Bad episode saying Cuban cigars are illegal. Is that true?
Do you mean monopoly the noun or monopoly the game? The latter is copyrighted.
What qualifications does this lawyer have?
Is the lawyer driving to reach the court room? If he is drunk then it is illegal for him to be driving.
Is your British Lawyer well schooled in American Law? As far as I know, you are both Americans, and laws of the UK and America are slightly different.
You said you are going to sic your lawyer on Emo. Does that imply your lawyer is going to physically assault Emo and end up on top of him? Because that can be interpreted as a threat.

I'll certainly take a look! Thank you for taking my title suggestion into consideration. Cuban cigars are illegal in the United States, due to the trade embargo placed on Cuba by the American government. We can't smoke no dirty commie cigars, y'see. But the embargo may end pretty soon considering the fact that the US government has decided to reopen talks with the Cuban government. Probably because they found oil there or something.

And Angle answered pretty much everything else for me.

I have to defend my assets, y'see. Angle now has a monopoly on the fantasy genre on this forum, so it's the same for me with westerns.
