Good thing you have insurance, and are a law-abiding citizen. When I drove in Texas, I noticed like half the licence plates
without insurance.
were with outdated/non-renewed insurance.
Oh noes, you hit a lady driving her mom for chemo, ya, that’d be quite upsetting. I am glad nobody got hurt.
Oh right, yes, California doesn’t really have much winter. Up here in Canada, well, the ice get so slick your vehicle won’t go anywhere. Speaking of which, I just came back from out of town as my older brother called, his semi truck was stuck on the ice and couldn’t go anywhere XD took a while, bought some dirt, managed to free the Kenworth.
Oo, yes, black ice, that got me once several years ago, I spun out like crazy and swayed to and fro trying to regain traction but ended up in the ditch anyways. Fortunately, a guy happened to have a truck with a towing device so I was freed.
I hope your back gets better, you never wanna risk back injuries, those are lifelong, like my brain and bad left knee I hurt too many times. If a guy’s phoning you, mysteriously, it’s probably not someone to trust, only deal car issues in person at the insurance company.
Glad your car can be repaired!
