Inferi, about acquiring powers in Roads,

Rory isn't much a magic-looking type. For simplicity, Rory can obtain Return to Sender from BioShock Infinite: (as I'm too lazy to describe any magic)

This limits his magic to counter-attacking and traps, and stands out from the usual magical powers. It also doesn't look too magical, so I think this fits best. Of course, we certainly assume the power isn't so powerful it absorbs every single type of attack effortlessly; it's up to you how powerful it is.

Elizabeth likes animals. I think she being able to cast Murderous Crows would be cool:

This also stands out from most other magics that often come to mind.

Of course, this is assuming you're OK with me using the demonstrated powers.
