Azi, I still need to talk to you about some of your characters' backstories.
Xav - The announcement that the Arenar company was heading into the Ashlands took everyone in the Company by surprise. So there's no clues that would lead you there directly. It would make more sense if he went to the Academy at Greenhaven to learn more about the World Stones, and while he was there he heard the Academy was preparing another expedition into the Ashlands, launching a ship from Daralt. He then goes to Daralt and tries to talk them into letting him join the expedition. They reject him because he's not with one of their hired Companies, and as he turns away he hears Vanick's speech.
Griselda - You took out the bit about the Orcs, but now it makes even less sense, and more questions need to be raised. What tribe took her? If they are hostile to everyone, how did they survive so long in hostile territory? How large are they? Why were they attacking a Dwarven fortress.
Tell you what, I'll let you put her Orcish background back in. Just say that she was a human whose family lived in a dwarven settlement.
