The first one was supposed to be a jump for joy. Though, as inferi points out, perhaps there was a little too much "joy" in that gif... ;)

It was more of a reference to the actual anime itself, considering that they don't even bother to disguise it as anything else.

Not that I mind, it's actually kinda hilarious. Done in by the dubious doings of destiny.

Oh, so there are sexual innuendos in anime? That actually does make it funny, especially considering how childish and silly animes tend to be. Ironically, despite Japan's, say, openness, to nudity, Japan has the lowest birth rates in the world. See? Anime makes you not have kids.

Well, as for me, the main reason I don't watch anime, or watch anything, is because I'm just not interested. I prefer making literature/RPing and playing computer games. I also just don't have time to watch shows of any kind.
