Y'know, given the nature of the show, I don't think anyone fights at their physical peak in Dragon Ball. The general theme is to let people get a few good hits in, and only after winding eachother a few times do they begin fighting for real. Because of this, characters actually improve in longer fights because they often don't take the beginning of a fight seriously.

Noah may be an amusing parody/serious character themed off it, but god it would change the roleplay way too much to go full shonen for everything. Agreed! XD I think it's fair to imagine him as something of a quasi-super-Biotic, just without the Biotics. Of course, you are free to portray his power however you wish, maybe it'll be something different than expected.

I am almost done the next turn for Wake Up. I had to take a rather lazy shortcut in regards to Noah to throw him into the RP with most other characters, but hopefully this should work. Since Own Amnesty has not yet posted, I will post for him when he appears.



Annie already briefly had such a role-play. If you could fly, weights were tied to your feet! Unfortunately, she wanted someone else to be the governmental side, and her RP died without a fight.



Alright, I posted for Wake Up. I hope the posts are good enough. They were slightly rushed as I have a rather bad cold, giving me a headache, runny nose, and occasional masses of yucky fluids I must spit or sneeze out.

My prisons always had portly, unhygienic fellows running about. Plus strange men that would throw food at people and/or commit acts of sodomy. I doubt that Annie's roleplayer containment prison would have such goings-on, she'd probably rule with an iron fist and break out the bullwhip.
