Obviously, the Covenant will be involved pretty soon, due to Lok being the Arbiter; should be great!

Part of me wonders how long he will survive. Arbiters do have a history of being sent on suicide missions, and are expected to die in battle.

Also I just realized his name should be Lok 'Thadamee, not Thadam. The Elites only dropped the 'ee' from their names after they left the Covenant, and Lok hasn't left.

Well, it's up to you how long the Arbiter shall live, but hopefully, he will last a long, good time.

OK, I will edit his name in the character list.

I am done Annie's intro, and almost done George's intro. The reason I am taking a bit longer than usual, is because I am putting a lot of effort, time, and passion into this role-play, as much as my own stories for a chance. Unlike all my earlier role-plays, there will be story involved, and I will try to implement backstories as much as possible, at least within a few posts for each user.

Finished George's and the Brute's intros; I skipped the Arbiter for now. I will try to finish Inferi's bio's intro, then work on the Arbiter.

I finished introing all Horizon bios, but it's 12:30 AM where I live, so I'm done for tonight; I don't have the energy or time to intro the Arbiter, I will try tomorrow. I hope my intros are good, I spent almost three hours working on them. I did my best to induce story, and the history, behind the characters, if possible, but it will take a few posts to get through everything. For now, the story has a mysterious and upbeat feel.

Oh, and Fishing, if you want to add to the minor backstory between Karrok and Rodisus, you may; I will go along with whatever you type.

If anyone's interested, I added Enlille's bio at the bottom of page 3, which offers a few clues to her personality.

Welp. That moment when you try delving into a character's "past", and end up with a lot more than you intended. O_o

Isn't the rank of Arbiter a glorified execution in the first place? "Yo, so I heard you've been dishonoured. Well, if you die like this, I hear you'll be redeemed!"

Sort of. Although on paper, the Arbiter is expected to die gloriously, redeeming himself, in practice it's more like the Prophets need a special agent who will do whatever they say unquestioningly, and then once they no longer need his services they send him off on a suicide run to die, to appease all the people who wanted him dead in the first place. But yes, sometimes it is just to get rid of political opposition.

I think it's worth noting that the Halo 2 Arbiter's first mission wasn't actually suicidal. It was a pretty standard Covenant op; only against Elites instead of Humans. It didn't become suicidal until the Flood showed up and Arbiter volunteered to stay behind and cut the cable.

Original message details are unavailable.
Rodisus felt like he could erupt with anger, but that really would not be the best idea, especially now.

I have to wonder how well a KG-6 Sleipnir would do against most other franchises of Mech (especially a Gundam). I mean. It's equipped with an upsized Halo sniper rifle (human and covernant), so how badly could it do?
