Yes, the thread does mention enchanting of weapons, shields, armour, rings and other items according to one's power.

Your own example works, but be sure to keep in mind of how you spend points on tiers.

I updated the thread, changing the ability 'Terrorism' to 'Guile' which seems more appropriate, as not all users may want to be an actual terrorist.

Made a few updates to my new RP: spaced out the character creation prompt for ease of reading. Added two bio examples. As a reminder, users are allowed to use Imgur images to showcase their character. I have personally gotten the links to dozens of pictures to use for characters, enemies, and environments, so if anyone would like me to share some, I can.

When searching for Imgur pictures that match the fantasy theme, look up things like:
fantasy
knight
dark souls
dragon age
elder scrolls
demon
angel
monster
gladiator
viking
And so on or what have you.
