Annie, you don't need to draw out every word like that to convey sadness. It's making your post extremely difficult to read, and just makes it sound like she is speaking in slow motion.
What I would suggest is to use normal spelling, but simply add in some stuttering. Instead of "Mmmy ppparreents", just write "My p-parents" (the - key is right next to the 0 key.)
But don't overuse that either, just use it once or twice every sentence.
