Of course! The colonials and the Iron Tribe are going good! How could that not be the case?

OK West, Dirk is binding his time.
Sounds like a great plan, can't wait to get started!

Super Wormy 5000.

George,
Honestly, I expected the characters to duck or get out of the way, allow Greatwolf to fight, and then get some thrilling character interaction going on.

No, Magnulfus is not an antagonist, or I don't consider him one, he's somewhat of an antihero.

Magnulfus is mostly blind, mostly cripple, mostly insane, and bloodthirsty, but he is still mostly blind, and wearing a helmet, it's not like he can know where everyone's at. The bio does mention he thinks the world as it used to be, so he is "living" in his memories. He just wants to claim the throne for himself.

Sooo a group of normal teenagers from modern Earth are supposed to take a look at that and not feel like they're about to be slaughtered? Hell, anyone from that world itself would probably try to kill him on sight if they could.

It just feels incredibly out of place.
Done in by the dubious doings of destiny.

...Did you think about the fact nobody else can do anything, so he'd be the full focus of every scene if he joined the party now? He's at full power and all, so while the rest of us sit around and train for weeks/months he's there proving he can solo the evil kingdom.

I don't know, if not an antagonist then it felt like he was a character meant to be separate from the main group in most situations, because he's clearly such a powerful threat and we didn't really have indication he was a guy on 'our side', as it were.
I am Inferi.

Inferi,
Indeed, a group of teenagers would be frightened by that. He's a blind cripple in heavy armour, wearing a helmet that limits his hearing, and if the visor is down limits even more vision, breathing and hearing, how hard could it be to outrun him? You could literally outrun him by walking.

I think it fits perfectly, considering the themes of fantasy, magic, and the destructive King Buruk (is that the king's name?). Magnulfus is bloodthirsty because his father, the king, is also bloodthirsty. Magnulfus is basically a more brutal version of Buruk.

George,
Indeed, he would be the main attention of most settings. His visor is open, Talia could shoot him in the face and kill him. No, he can't solo the kingdom, his bio mentions he was probably killed in battle by the ancestors of Aylin and Buruk.

I suppose you could say he is meant to be separate from the main group, he could drag himself around through the woods a long distance away yet still follow the adventure, or set off alone towards the Evil Kingdom and regroup later. Even though he's big and powerful, Magnulfus is a blind cripple, I think you are overestimating him. Considering how slow he is, all you'd have to do is run around to his side and ram a blade/shoot a gun into his armpit, where plate armour cannot really cover, piercing his ribs and lungs. Attacking beneath the breastplate, into the groin or liver, would also work. Since he has taken out a few Obsidian Knights, their dropped poleaxes could be grasped.

I was under the impression that the RP takes liberty from absolute realism, as that's always what happens.
