That could work, I mean they will have their own magical abilities that will grow once they find out. They will know they can each do something, having a slight hint of magical ability show up on earth.
Only 4 people will have magic. I am one of them so once they are all taken, there will be no more. (I might add more though)
Remember they were born in a different planet and sent to earth so they have no idea who they really are. They are all going to be 17, that's when they will be brought back to their true home.
They will be leaving on earth, high school aged, live in different places. So they will know they can do things others can't, but they won't know their full powers til they return back to the other planet.

I suppose this thread would depend on the activity of the four individuals, and whether or not everyone late to the bar would be forced to join as unimportant fodder. 'Cause, you know, unless you're a dedicated mage hunter and schemer, you'd likely never get a spot in the plot until you can "lift" with your cranium.
Not to say important muggle positions don't exist - just that muggles are never as important or treated as sideshow dramas, and thus, simply aren't desirable to play in power-exclusive threads. Made especially true because most role players are contractually obliged not to form character relationships with one another, essentially neutering their characters for the sake of "believable romance".

Given the amount of active people right now, I don't think it'll be much of a problem.
That being said, I should probably go and read up on something I expressed somewhat of an interest in, since I'm notoriously slow at posting anything (although I suppose I'm beaten out by a few certain someones around here).

Does that make sense?
Yep, that it does. Makes things a lot more clear.
Another question. What name is really going to matter? I'm asking because I know what I want them to be referred to as, and I don't want to be stuck calling them something else.
Done in by the dubious doings of destiny.
