At some point, Annie, you're going to lose the character because you continually put her in a situation where she can and should be killed. I'm not saying that everyone should automatically try to do it, but if you don't want your character to die you shouldn't make it the best IC choice. Done in by the dubious doings of destiny.

Sounds good then! You're right, a primitive laptop does not fit a thread that has its limits in the 1920s, however, the computer in the suitcase is essentially a small differential analyzer integrated with a radio, meant to be a system that solves radio waves (in a way I have no idea how). It's just a hypothetical, fictional, primitive mechanical computer that attempts to find patterns in radio signals, and then solves them mathematically for more precise signal tracking.

Hm, Annie is a child, and child-killing seems to be rare in Europe during this era. Children simply were not executed, but ordered infanticide did occur in Nazi Germany in the 30s and 40s, to teenagers who were disobedient.

I already killed Annie in ADW but Atatos resurrected her. It seems Annie did not get much of a reaction out of it, tho.

murican = American

Hm, Cradle does not seem to be any better than its first posting. I may recreate it again. Originally, the idea was meant to be set in a world based on a dream I had, which was a dreamworld set in outer space. People/being/aliens wore full-body, robotic-like suits that allowed them to fly through space, defy gravity, land on spaceships or satellites, and that sort of thing. There were also these immense "air currents" that flowed through space, like a flow of gravity snaking through the cosmos, but passing through giant stationary vehicles, or maybe it was another dream. I may rework the thread into that dream, see what happens.

According to my dream notes:

March ?, 2015, repeat
futuristic, robo-knight, scorpio man, quad cat-thing, space station/space ship, rebirth after erased name

feb 19 2015
repeat, giant chunk of broken ship fyling in space, odd futuristic place, giant robotic things, video game-like, hacking, Big Brother theme,

June 17 1015
thing-thing, creator of unvierse, just a tiny proton-like computer-like thing that still exists to explore tis creation, in a moonbase or something

I had a character in mind (that could admittedly fit into As Demons Weaping just as well), but wasn't sure if you expected non bios or just weren't finished yet.

And... those are admittedly interesting dreams. :P

Original message details are unavailable.
Character
To create a character, introduce what you want to role-play as, which is anything you want, from a lone adventurer or wandering werewolf to a commander of an army or governor of a town. Describe everything relating to that character however you want; your character can be anything you want in Eastern Europe.

If you need help or guidance, read onto the storylines for ideas or a basis to work with, and then create your character that correlates to whatever storyline you wish to partake in or to create. If you still need help, read the list of classes beyond the storylines.

So ya, it's basically non-bio, as I felt that the RP was too diverse to follow a prompt. If it works, it works, it'd be fun to get at least two other users involved in it.

I had a dream last night that was rather like Legend of Zelda. I had dreams from Legend of Zelda many times, and they repeat every few years or so. Last night, I dreamt of a Kokiri girl standing beside a grassy cliff, with projecting stony formations serving as platforms (common in games), but there were also giant wooden stakes sticking out of the cliff here and there, or in-between very narrow ravines, to allow walking. It was basically the Lost Woods, just with fissures and cliffs.

And I'm not even sure what happened in BW just now; I went to read the new post but it's hidden. Considering what the FMod posted, it seems there was a user who may have taken the nature of the fantastical WW1-1920s role-play a bit too seriously.

I just updated my two threads to have clear, italicized sentences explicitly addressing the threads as being of fantastical nature.
