If she kept noteworthy unencoded information about the black hand inside of a notebook, I'm sure her next meeting with her "father" will end with a dagger plunged in Annie's back for incompetence.
Or perhaps his head on a pike, should he answer to someone.
I *think* Anja kept the bag/suitcase that Annie yanked. Lets just hope it isn't a bomb.

Annie was going to wake up, and had already been frisked for excess weight before being chucked out the window. Anja didn't notice the notebook then, and has no real motive to pull a cavity search now - she just wants to get away from the scene before the little girl ruins her night entirely.
Who can say? I can't speak for Azi, but I can't imagine him being strict about posting orders. If there were an event that affected Anja before the environment had a chance to react (ie. a reaction or replying to another character's actions), then I would continue.
