I tried arguing your case for the reopening of Oscar the Rabbit on the Forum Moderator Review thread Venom, and this is what response was given:

Wakkace has been around for quite a while, and he does spam stupidly every once in a while. I recall him in the Stories forum before the merge, I think.

Looks like Mod Kalaya can't handle cartoons either. As was pointed out earlier, a squid being shot apart with blood gushing out isn't offensive, but a bunny posing is.
