I came up with a few ideas and was hoping I could share it with anyone who wanted to check it out. There was also a scenario I shared in the thread You Ship Your Character With? which involves a romance between the player and Eluned, and her feelings being brought out within Seren - in other words, Seren falls in love with the World Guardian due to Eluned's feelings for them. As for roleplaying, my other goblin story which I tried to put into RuneLabs might be an interesting one. The story follows a goblin who finds herself more open-minded to new concepts after Bandos' death. She comes to the player for help on what she should do and which path she should take, and the player chooses a faction for her. From there, the story splits itself into different paths.
I already made stories for the Bandosian and Zarosian paths, and I'm still thinking of the prologue of the whole tale which involves how she was born. Her father took care of her in Kandarin when she was young, until he got killed in a skirmish between the ZMI and another goblin tribe.
For the other factions, I'm thinking of different genres.
- Saradomin: Horror/mystery involving Xau-Tak, due to possible ties between the slug and pirate quests and the Temple Knights being involved with the slugs.
- Armadyl and Seren: Both romance, but with subtle differences between them. The Armadylean story would tell how her crew helped each other for survival in a harsh place, while the Serenist tale would explore a more spiritual pursuit.
- Zamorak: May not have a genre, may be an indie. A lot of fun could be had with a philosophy of chaos though.
- Sliske: Maybe a psychological thriller.
- V: Adventure. What would be more fitting for a god-hero?
- Godless: I'm toying with an adventure on this one as well. But the Godless faction in general have suffered a stigma due to being painted by the likes of Kara-Meir, so I would like our main character to agree with some and disagree with others here, to add to individuality among those who practice the Godless way.
- Guthixian: This will be separate from the other factions, and our main character would be following this one as a favour to the druid who saved her life. Prepare for hell on RuneScape in Naval Cataclysm!
