I have read all new posts for the RPs I'm involved in, but I spent six and a half hours working on the roof of my porch with two friends, ripping the old roof and its shingles and wood, and then replacing it with new boards, new beams, new shingles, and new sheet metal. Hopefully, that'll fix the leaking roof. As such, I am tired after spending over six hours in carpentry, so I won't have the energy to RP tonight.

Anyways, as for ItF, Mechanical is waiting for Ryokin's reply, and I will be making Newborn reappear elsewhere. I am looking forward to messing-up the Ogres!

I'm afraid I don't recall a Nathan off of the top of my head. What thread was this on? Also, I'd very much like to see an Arenar/Wilkar family sitcom. :P

I also saw your Wormy bio and appreciated it thoroughly.


As for remembering so many, it helps to have had a few big threads where I've strung together a lot of my characters. TFQ was meant to be my last thread, so I threw in loads of old characters.


On ITF, I have: Etheldredda, Alania Clarke, Karstone Greatjohn, Raspur Cain, Monsieur Federico Ricardo, Mugwo (I was running low)

On TCG, I had: Amair Zone, Armando Godkiller, Missaloi (RIP), Sir Rodraine of Hamstead

On TFQ, I had: Thorek II, Skullvulture, Timruviel Flayvirion, Milos, Cadmus Lenian, Big Bertha

On various Er Ril threads: Arnard Black, Patrick Didsee, George P. H. Waddington IV II, Sephys Suran, Sir Richard the Dragonlancer

On Daralt: Tivar the Exiled, Kyve Estobar

And on another forum I used to go on, I had Urist Khamul, a dwarf jailor.



In hindsight, it helps that Er Ril pumps out so many threads, haha. Alania and Raspur are originally from his roleplays too Hags be hagglin', gods be god damn crazy, it's all happening ogre at Into The Fire

Nathan was from the Champions Guild. I made a few posts about him trying to talk down a mob of angry civilians, who then proceeded to shout a 'your mother' joke at him, and then decided his character was too boring and generic. Beneath the gold, the Bitter Steel.

Heh...if I was going to do that, I could probably go with at least 5 incarnations of Chaos. I don't even remember how many times I made different versions of her. Done in by the dubious doings of destiny.

Ah yes! I want to say Nathan Riley, but I don't think that's right... Perhaps it was wrong of me to let TCG be deleted.


I made sure not to include completely useless characters, (Abraxus Richardson, Marcellus Chaplin, Bessie the peg-legged tavern wench, etc.,) as they'd exist only as fodder. As it stands, Patrick Didsee is the only completely unremarkable character on that list. He's an expert in disguises, you might remember him pretending to be a kelpie so that he'd be rescued from sea, and later disguised himself as XioKahn, mysterious katana-wielding warrior from the east. I do have fond memories of that Dobbin McGreenly fellow I made. I've been meaning to bring him back. He's relatively new and fresh, on account of the fact that nobody who is still here actually remembers him.

The Arenar cousins would be like the career tributes, banding together from the start...

Dobbin, Cidius, CaptLasky, Tom, Bob, Steve, and Gary would die relatively quickly...

Joric and Veliaf Ironfist would team up, in the hopes that they could one day find out how they are actually related...

Brodus would be one of the finalists, because every time he kills someone he can summon them as a helper. All he has to do is pick off a few people who aren't part of a team and he suddenly has a team of his own that will never betray him.

Cirion, Alicia, Veliaf Wilkar, Jakri, Ali Wilkar, and John would do pretty good, but alone they would eventually be overwhelmed by teams or stronger characters.

George and Alex Jones would both become finalists, with the advantage of Sc-Fi armor and assault rifles.

Wormy would win. Beneath the gold, the Bitter Steel.
