Annie, you mention Annie makes rain, though I don't know how humidity could form considering the sky is made of fire in Chaos. It'd probably make more sense if Annie cast water-magic instead, if she knows water magic, or maybe she conjures a little rain cloud to hover above the cinder-coughing fleshy faces of the flesh-ground, which is what you may have intended. Anyways, I wasn't able to post today, as I was busy for a few hours in emails and reviewing, but I will post tomorrow afternoon or so.

A simple explanation could be that Annie condensed the water in the atmosphere - creating heavy droplets (with or without clouds). After all, depending on your grip of pseudo-sciences, true combustion does create H20. This also keeps Annie's original abilities intact without a need to give her new powers.

With this in mind, there might not be a need for an edit.

EDIT: Sadface.

EDIT 2: That said, when has rain ever been enough to douse a raging magical fire in any setting?

EDIT 3: I know I'm in no position to say this, given my posting habits, but this place seems awfully quiet. O_o

I think it's better.

Well, the sky entirely is flames, so I don't know where the humidity could come from, though the flesh-ground is moist, so perhaps the humidity came from underground. Annie changed it to a water blast, which works I suppose.
