May I add my voice to the chorus here, suggesting that you not feel bad about your review in this thread. Pretty much every writer out there would rather have a long and highly detailed review than a brief and perfunctory one. And virtually every writer would rather have any written review than nothing at all.
We can all learn from our readers' comments, whether we agree and choose to act on those comments or not. I always find it interesting to see what my readers think, even though I absolutely don't make all the changes that are recommended!
If you keep on reviewing authors' works to that extent, you'll make a very positive name for yourself within this forum, and in turn will be rewarded with more readers of your own material. Double-check your facts and learn from your experiences of course, but keep it going!
Meanwhile, I apologise to Roshie for using up this thread space for matters not directly relating to Outlander. I should read it again some time myself, because it truly is still one of the most beautifully crafted short stories that this forum has to offer!
