I did get that feeling too, but nothing else I tried seemed to fit either, so I just went with the shorter one. Meh. If I write a sequel I'll probably expand it more.

Finished! Stunning story Rosh, great ending in my opinion. A little to short for my liking and one or two typos and contradictions, but overall brilliant. True literary genious.
I only hope that the next tale is as good as this one and longer. The latter has already been confirmed and its predessesor(sp?) is practically assured due to the author.

Can you remmeber what eny of the typos were (I've gone over this many times, but somehow they keep escaping)? Also, are any of the contriadictions severe enough that I should fix them?

Contradictions are only minor and don't matter. I remember a typo on the first few posts of page 45, I'll scan now.

EDIT: pg45, 1st post, 3rd para, 1st line:

When after days the raging storm *showd* no signs of letting up

Missing an 'e'

pg 45, 1st post, 3rd para, 2nd and 3rd line:

but I *know* she did anyway.
I think the tense is confused here and it should be 'knew'.
