Cooked up for the "Write a quest in 200 words or less" contest, March 2015:
Stone the Crows Soup
It’s cold in Lumbridge, and the Duke has ordered some nice hot soup. Unfortunately, being midwinter, the Cook has no ingredients so he needs your help once more.
Grab pot.
Fill with water.
Go to Fred the Farmer’s garden. The onions are out of season.
Put an onion-sized rock into the pot instead.
Go to the potato field north of Lumbridge. The ground is frozen solid.
Put a potato-sized rock into the pot instead.
Go to the cabbage field south of Falador. The cabbages are frosted over.
Put a cabbage-sized rock into the pot instead.
On the way back past Draynor, you will be mobbed by hungry crows, thinking you have some tasty soup. In desperation, pull each rock out of the pot and throw it at the birds. The onion and potato rocks will miss, but the cabbage rock will hit, killing two birds with one stone.
Pluck the crows and stuff them into the pot.
Head back to Lumbridge, warm the soup on the Cook-o-Matic 25, and give to the Cook.
Quest complete!
