Description of Weapons Used: His power is that he can change his molecular frequency, so he can stick his hand into your heart and rip it off, without any traces that he did so.
Description of Armor Worn: A tuxedo.

Quirks: He has no such quirks.
Personality [Overall]: He's one of those people who are overtly filled with pride and he's not very respectful. He isn't respectful to people who don't matter though; he's only respectful to people who are in the upper food chain. Not that he thinks of the rest as pitiful fools, but simply because they don't matter to him. He doesn't show contempt against them, but simple nonchalance for them.
Brief History [Important Events]: He's being chased by the government because he is a murderer. As such, he is usually impossible to find, but sometimes an accident arises and he is found by the government. But he usually escapes before he's brought into detainment.

Short History: Became a pirate at age 18, at 25 decided it was too risky and quit, and then just wandered around Gilenor.

Weapons: Has no weapons, just the power of it's mind. Can shape the change the weather, produce good and evil, appear in Spirit form and see into the future.
Armour: Wear's no top's, but wears Monk's robes for legs.
Abilitys: Levitation, Future Sight, Sensing(Can see things without eyes)control's the weather and can create a Spirit of it.
Personailty: A calm God, it show's no emotions but help's good or bad depending on it's visions of the future.
Looks: A feminine face with snow-white hair, a musclear body, Monk's robes on legs and wears no shoes.
Back Story: When it was 8 years old, he was tricked by Zamorak by him saying he was special. Tarmithai believed this, and started saying what he was special in. Zamorak said it had the "Eye of the Future", and it will be unlocked when it hails Zamorak. Tarmithai agreed to this, and prayed. Zamorak took over Tarmithai's body and used it's power to fortell the future. But Zamorak saw 1 vision that changed his life. If he continued using it's body, the body will be stronger than a god. Zamorak feared this, and took Tarmithai's soul. Zamorak locked the soul away, and continued to use it's body. Saradomin soon discovered what Zamorak was doing, and broke the seal upon the chest to get the soul. When Saradomin confronted Zamothai, (Fusion of Zamorak and Tarmithai) Zamothai's power was weakend, as Tarmithai's body was unable to store the amount of energy a god has. Saradomin soon drawed the evil from Zamothai, but Zamorak escaped. Tarmithai's body was left their. Saradomin restored him to his orginal state, but as Tarmithai kept the power's of a Demi-god(As it cannot have the full power's) Saradomin thought it was wise to kill Tarmithai. Tarmithai was reborn as a god, by using his power's. It is a wonder too everyone how he was able to show age as a god.
Nobody know's of Tarmithai but nobody know's what really happened.

Quirks: Only appears to first time travelers he finds lost in the swamps.
Personality [Overall]: He is silent save for the mournful tune of his flute.

Brief History [Important Events]: He was a wandering court musician separated from his troupe and lost in the swamp.
There he perished and became a ghast.
He appears now only to first time travelers of the swamp who have lost thier way. He slowly leads them back to the northern gate if they but follow him. So long as they can hear the sound of his flute that traveler will not be attacked by another ghast.

Appearance of Character: Tay is tall and slender. She has dark hair and dark eyes with pointed ears of course. Her skin is pale.
Description of Weapons Used: A sleek longbow made of wood the color of pure white. The bow reaches Tay's shoulder when placed vertically upon the ground. Her arrows are usually strengthened with poison.
Description of Armor Worn: Tay wears robes imbued with the magic of dragons. However, in times of great depression she is seen wearing armor created with the leather of black dragons.

Quirks: Tay, as expected with her unusual nickname, usually travels barefoot. According to her, she runs "faster this way."
Personality [Overall]: Generous to those of lower status, however, not unlike a village Robin Hood if you will. Her goal is to create an equal society between those currently poor and those currently rich. Despite her theiveries of the rich, she is well-loved by both lower and higher members of society for she is prudent but not hesitant, intelligent but not arrogant, and enjoyable company.
Brief History [Important Events]: Born and brought up in a small village near Lletya by her Aunt and Uncle as her parents both perished in a brief skirmish with the dwarves when she was three, learned magic at a very young age, was the fastest of her kind whether riding upon beast or by foot, and became a messenger between the many Elven villages. Tay is currently also a dimplomat for the Elves as a whole, settling multiple arguments between them and the Dwarves successfully.

Short History: no one knows where he came from, one day he suddenly appeared in Lumbridge. Some say he is the patron saint of noobs. He treats noobs nicely and works with them so they get smarter.
