He achieved the name "Water in Fire", as his power is so great, that he will either even out the odds, or he will tip the scales.
Description of Weapons Used: The weapons he uses are two maces, two swords, and two axes. He interchangeably uses these, but make no mistake; he does not carry his maces, neither his swords, nor his axes. All these weapons are all his body parts; his maces are his fists, his swords are palm strikes, and his axes are the swing of his feet. Truly, the most fearsome hand to hand combat martial artist, he has trained his muscles to form as much strength as possible, with as little weight as possible. His weight is 150 pounds; yet he has hit through a stone wall before.
Description of Armor Worn: He wears naught but his everyday clothes. He has little to no need for extra weight, as these things slow him down. His great muscles on his body are formed like his legs and arms, and truly, most are very afraid of him.

Brief History [Important Events]: He has no important events leading up to his life, he has only followed Guthix in his ways, forever waiting for the slumber to end. Until then, he awaits the death of those that tip the scales. He doesn't like being used, so he charges money. Lots of money.

Appearance of Character: Ancient. Wrinkled. Wizened. His snow white hair is long, and hangs half-way down his back. His matching beard hangs past his chest. He always wears deep, flowing robes that obscure his physical form, but rumors persist that he is still muscled and fit despite his years. Of average height, he is certainly not fat. The cowl of his robe is always pulled up, shrouding his face in shadow and mystery. Only glimpses of his hair and his beard can be seen.
Description of Weapons Used: His only weapons are runes and elemental staffs, but from these he can create nearly anything. His repertoire holds scores of spells for magical swords, bows, weapons that need no wielder. And should they need a wielder, he has nearly as many spells for the creation of magical beings.
Description of Armor Worn: Master Envicta wears no true, tangible armor, but he is hardly defenseless. Like with weapons, he has spells that can create armor of any design and strength, or he can simply cast an invisible force field. He needs no armor.

Quirks: The arch mage of an underground sect, it's been so long since anyone called him by his first name it's been all but forgotten. If anyone still knows it, it's him, and he refuses to speak it. His title (Master) has effectively taken that name's place. In fact, almost his entire existence is shrouded in mystery; no one knows the true extent of his abilities or how long he has lived. In essence, he is an enigma.
Personality [Overall]: Primarily a recluse, Envicta only comes from his chambers at the top of the Lómith Order's citadel for important functions. When he does speak, it is rarely for long, and questioners, even his aids who provide his link to the outside world, find him curt and rough. He never praises, but always criticizes. He does not forgive, nor does he ask for forgiveness; the only emotion displayed in memory is his anger which is quick to rise and dangerous.
Brief History [Important Events]: No one knows of his childhood or of his years as a young adult. Like everything else, these are lost to the mists of time. He has served in the Lómith Order for more than eighty years, however, and as arch mage for more than sixty. None of the students or even other Masters have known a time without his presence. Likewise, no one knows how he has lived for so long. Except for him, even the most proficient of mages always succumbs to old age as does any human, rarely living past eighty, and never past 100.

Obviously if you use this BIO you can change the name of his magic order; he could even be a mage of one of the primary gods, if you like. However, I think he fits better in some underground order that has little outside affiliation.
