I think I said this wrong.
Each guild would keep their own guilds, libraries, and the threads will still exist.
The new 'guild' would be an "alliance" so to speak, of all the guilds/libraries creating a separate guild, adding their own guild guidelines to the new one, only with slight alteration. An officially accepted person will have passed through EVERY leader of the new guild.
So it's a new guild, run by the leaders of the most famous of guilds. (TAL, Yannilian Library, WoV, WRS, etc.) The old guilds stay, and stay separate, except in this thread.
I hope this cleared things up. Any confusion or questions, just ask.

Anyway, I am happy to announce that:
This april, Writers of Varrock shall become a clan! Yes, we are using the team capes, to show that quills are the best weapons in clan wars! Our new clan uniform shall include a selected team cape, and dorgeshaan brooch, and a pheonix quill.
In other news, I've heard rumors about a dragon kite, for only 100gp. This special deal I will seize for the members of our new clan (Quills are better than swords), so that we shall win every time in any pvp (multi combat) minigame.
In other news again, I am currently making WoV so friendly that'll we go to other threads and accept them without apps!
