Annie:
-In the goblin Village-
After a few hours of walking downhill, Annie, Belar and Kunigas found themselves on the ground floor of the cave, decorations reminiscent of Christmas lights were hung over shabby shanties cobbled together haphazardly. The goblins, who were gathered in the center of the village chanting, or singing, and obviously celebrating something looked at Annie with suspicion, and when they saw Kunigas’ ridiculous dress, they had a difficult time keeping themselves from laughing at the old man in the pink dress. Obviously having not seen a human, or a half-elf in centuries. With Belar, it was different, they saw Belar as just another drow, coming in from their underground cities for a visit. It was here that their search for the cavern entrance began.
Belar approached, and asked a bald, gray-skinned goblin, who looked at her with friendly eyes. “Kaed yue daeg hus tae entraessa supaes?” which meant, ‘could you take us to the surface?’ in ancient Drowish.” The goblin’s demeanor turned from friendliness to worry. The goblin, who was male, shook his head, went inside his hut, and before he locked his door he shouted, “Dae noed brynd zucho Zmei. Which meant: ‘Don’t attack the Zmei.’ “Kunigas recognized the word ‘Zmei’ “Zmei?” he asked he knocked on the door again, and tried the door. It was locked. “Blast” Kunigas cursed.
Belar asked another grey-skinned goblin, “Kaed yue daeg hus tae entraessa supaes?” This goblin, who wore grey rags and a blonde wig, bore her jagged, triangle shaped teeth at Belar, and went into her hut and came out with a tomahawk, before holding it in the air with one hand “ Yae brynd sueffrynd aed maert!” Which meant “You bring suffering and death!” before attempting to throw the axe at Belar. Fortunately another goblin talked her down. Just your friendly neighborhood gay boy!
