Hey, so I decided since there hasn't been a post on this thread is like 3 months, I'd post the most recent Jagex story contest entry I did on here.
It kind of sucks, but it's something I guess.

A scream rent the darkness.
“The pain can only worsen, pathetic Saradominist wretch,” a cruelly-sneering mouth intoned. A fat gobbet of blood-specked phlegm vehemently spat forth in reply, besmirching the polished, hobnailed boots of the torturer.
The sneer turned into a virulent grimace. “Very well, insolent pig. You’ll regret withholding information requested by the Legion of Zamorak.” A scarlet-gauntleted fist drew back, lashing a viciously barbed whip across the prisoner’s back.
As another cry of pain escaped the unclothed captive, he shook his manacles, prior bravado suddenly vanquished. “P-Please! Just…Just stop, I c-can’t take the pain…” he moaned, shivering. “I’ll tell you…”
A scribe rushed in, quill and parchment at the ready. “Yes, go on. We know the Saradominist offensive is planning to assault our strongholds in Asgarnia and Misthalin. Describe every single detail you know about this planned attack,” he enumerated rapidly, before narrowing cold eyes. “And if you even consider lying, I will ensure you pain the intensity of which you cannot fathom.”
The warden left the room, striding purposefully to his master, Legion Commander Krell Culryth. Dropping to a knee with a smart salute, he addressed his superior curtly. “Legion Commander, it is with pleasure I report that we have succeeded in breaking the captive.”
An uncomfortable silence followed, the Legion Commander contemplating the back of his gauntlets. It was an annoyance; a nervous tic he’d developed after the ravages of constant war, but it helped his thoughts to coalesce.
Abruptly standing, he addressed the still-kneeling warden. “He is lying.”
