~~Final entry~~
----------------. Just to clear it up, I am going to write everything strange that has happened to me. Well, I'm fifteen and as long as I can remember I've been a hothead...literally. Ever since some bird took me to this strange temple... I've had a super fever. A few months after I was born my mother had to throw me into the river, because I was beginning to burn anything I touched.
A single touch could even set a human ablaze. I was fine after soaking for a few hours, but my heating didn't stop. Not only am I hot to the touch, but hot to the mind. I guess it's some side effect to my strange disease, but who cares. The only thing I'm worried about, is that about once a day smoke pours from my mouth, yet I can breathe through it like oxygen.
My mom is terrified of me, none of the local girls will date me, and even my friends keep their distance. Here's a story you can dwell on, a few years ago me and my friends decided to climb that huge tree a few blocks down. When it was my turn, I moved towards it and felt my hand begin to sweat. I made contact with the tree, and within seconds it was completely engulfed with flames. The odd part about the whole thing is, I was also captured by the flames. When the fire was put out, only my clothes were burnt.
The city guards became spooked and took me to the volcano behind the city. They threw me in as fast as they could and left. Two weeks later, I was home and unharmed by the fiery pit. But coming back was probably the biggest mistake I made, because yesterday Somehow caught the house on fire after dropping a glass cup. My mom is now spooked beyond calming, and is sending me to a team of mages prepared to 'study' me. But I won't let them, I'm running away. If someone wants to treat me like a guinea pig then they'll have to-

He sighed, and continued "I thought the search would be easier, but apparently I was wrong." "So... now we have to go on a wild goose hunt?" The reader nodded and put the journal down.
