Appearance:
A fair skinned, blue eyed Caucasian who sports a somewhat boyish build. Her hair is naturally blonde, though she seldom styles it beyond the occasional shoulder-length trim. Her classmates have long suspected that her wardrobe consists only of sports jerseys, baggy checkered shirts and sweatpants.

Applicable skills:
She has a keen nose, decent intuition, and during the school festival she won second in the 800 meter school sprints and first on high jump.

History:
Alex is a rather simple tomboy who grew up isolated from others, but now lives with her doting uncle after a prolonged custody battle. She began attending the school a year ago, and despite receiving emergency home schooling during her middle school years, she still requires teacher aides due to her poor literacy and attention deffici… ooh, shiny!

Though Alex has little in the way of malice (she’s the sort to let bygone’s be bygone’s), her lack of tact and restraint have sent her to detention on several occasions.

Appearance: Logan stands at a little over six feet in height, with pale freckled skin and dark brown hair. His eyes are a dark blue. For clothing, he tends to wear dark colours; a dark grey shirt, a black jacket, dark blue jeans, and black running shoes. He also has a pair of sunglasses in his pocket. Oh, and he has an average build.

Applicable Skills:
-Melee weapons. He watched a bunch of YouTube video about swordfighting, and spends much of his time secretly practicing with a plastic lightsaber.
-Firearms. He fired a gun once and read a bunch of Wikipedia articles about weapon maintenance. That should about cover everything, right?
-Memelord. Being (partially) raised by the internet has given him an extensive knowledge of its culture. He can preserve morale by reciting the best memes and references.
-Edgelord. His broody demeanor and insistence on wearing black will surely intimidate his foes, and the neglect he faced over the years has made him used to being alone.
-Amateur Survivalist. He read the Zombie Survival Guide four times, and spent a year in scouts.
-First Aid. No, seriously, he actually does have proper training in this one.
-Quick Reflexes. Years of playing video games and having things thrown at him by bullies have enabled him to evolve and develop lightning-quick reflexes.

History: It's his favourite subject. He has always done well in it, and had a good relationship with his teacher. Not sure how this is relevant to a survival situation, though.

Proper Backstory: So there was this one time, where he was running, and he fell, and he hurt his back, and it hurt very much, and he cried, but then he went to the doctor who told him it was just a bruise. The end. Beneath the gold, the Bitter Steel.

Actual Backstory (for realsies this time): Logan came from a reasonably wealthy family. Money was not usually an issue for them, and his parents were never stingy when it came to food, clothing, or gifts.

However, they weren't exactly... well, there for him.

They provided him what he needed, and usually gave him what he wanted, but they didn't actually spend much time with him. He began to act out to get their attention, but they punished him for it, so he decided he wasn't going to do that anymore because it honestly wasn't worth it.

Combined with difficulties connecting with other kids at school, and he became an introvert. He spent his time alone, with books, video games, or the internet, the latter two being the only form of regular communication he engaged in. His parents began to notice this, but rather than actually address the problem themselves they just signed him up for scouts, where he learned first aid as well as some basic survival skills. He was there for a year before they pulled him out - he wasn't sure why.

Anyhow, he continued his regular lifestyle for the next few years, getting good grades in school and picking up many of the skills mentioned above. Unfortunately, one day the strap of his backpack broke just as he was about to leave for school. In a hurry, he grabbed an old backpack from the deepest depths of his closet - it was the one he used to bring with him on scout camps. He emptied out, shoved his books in, and went to school with that.

Little did he know, his old swiss army knife had been in one of the smaller pockets of the pack. He ended up taking it to school, it got discovered, and that is how he ended up in detention. Beneath the gold, the Bitter Steel.

Appearance: She has long blond straight hair and her eye are dark blue. She has a short straight nose. Her skin is tan from being in the sun a lot. She is 5 feet 1 inches tall. She weighs 110 pounds.Annie’s body is covered in hard muscle and show’s very little fatty deposit anywhere on her body. That's because she has been training been karate for many years.

Applicable Skills: she has been doing different kinds of karate since the age of 4,took first aid classes, knows survival skills by reading on it and going on backpack camping trips with her family.


History: She was put in detention for being late for school because she woke late. She sat there annoyed that she was stuck in detention until the history teacher said they had to leave quickly.

Appearance: Short-cut dark hair, clearly done herself. Caucasian, 5’6”, in reasonably good physical shape. Most clothing she wears either has some kind of rips in it or is stained by oil or grease. The way she dresses and looks clearly dares people to make a comment about it, while the look in her brown eyes tells them how much of a mistake that’ll be.

Applicable Skills: Why do I have to wait until later to tell you about my sick-ass flute skills, huh? MUSIC SOOTHES THE SAVAGE BEAST, BITCHES!

Seriously, though, she can play the flute really well for no discernible reason.

Her more practical skills tend to be on the delinquent-ish side of things. She’s a great mechanic, knows her way around a fight or two (or maybe more, if necessary), and is one hell of a skilled driver even though her license is currently suspended.

History: A product of busy parents and early school bullying. She adopted a “tough guy” persona to stop being the target and holds onto it rather tightly, earning a reputation as one of the worst students to deal with over the past several years. With her constantly skipping school, and misbehaving when she did not, one might wonder why she even bothers to come into school, or detention, at all.

Other: Is nearsighted, although not debilitatingly, and carries glasses because of that, but refuses to wear them in almost any circumstances. Done in by the dubious doings of destiny.

Applicable Skills: computers, hacking, hooliganism, stealth

History: Growing up in a poor, dysfunctional, abusive, immigrant household, Zenon found solace in the world of computers at home, and troublemaking outside of home and at school where he could release his bitterness and frustration. Since his family was unable to afford much, as a kid, he would steal broken laptops, iPods, iPhones, and other electronic devices from computer repair shops, take them apart, and put them back together. He learned to fix them of both hardware and software issues, and as he got older, he learned about hacking, his route to illegally downloading computer games and getting into other peoples’ WiFi.

Other: Years spent in a dysfunctional family and fighting other kids has made Zenon rather tough and difficult. Despite his nerdy appearance, he’s quite the wasp of a Polack, and knows how to hurt people, but also how to help people. After all, when not looking for trouble, street gangs look out for one another. This also allowed him to learn evasion from police and stronger gangs. He is much smarter than the average street urchin. His coat is full of various tools, gadgets, pocket knives, and change.

Applicable Skills: engineering, improvising, crafting

History: A nice, pretty black girl, Claudette’s future seemed to be destined in engineering despite growing up poor. Even when her parents split, ever since a child, she would just make things, such as forts from blankets and pillows, traps from strings and household items, Lego structures, card castles, and even setting up pranks. As she got older, she would learn to use tools and create more complex things, like makeshift catapults, engines, machines, body armour, or knives. Although overall a good student, she tended to skip classes, preferring to be with friends and talking about pranking.

Other: Claudette is a kind soul, and likes to keep things glad and bright. She has a fear of serial killers, nightmares, and her friends being endangered. Growing up poor, she is rather cheap and frugal, and hates wasting things or time.

Miss Blackwell didn't give the students of the detention room much time to take in the surreal sight of her return, quickly poking her head back out of the room and looking down the hallway for a half second before hurrying over to her desk. The ceiling lights gave the red staining her formal white button-up an unpleasant shine, splattered across the surface haphazardly and making the material stick to her pale skin in places where it was most concentrated.

From behind her desk she pulled her bag, rifling through its contents for what must only have been a couple of seconds before she upturned it - spilling its contents onto her desk, revealing mostly a series of papers alongside a cell and some keys. She snatched the two items up, stuffing her keys into her pants pocket before tapping at her cell and putting it to her ear. Red stained her hand.

" Grab your essentials and follow me, we have to- god fucking dammit! " She cut herself off with a yell, making to what looked like throw away her cell before seemingly thinking better of it at the last moment and shoving it into her other pocket with an incredulous scowl. " No service at a time like this? How in the- " Again she cut herself off as her normally cool blue eyes fell back across the students, apparently reflecting on her broken composure as her expression visibly shifted into a more controlled one.

Standing at around 5'4 and being a woman of slender build, Miss Blackwell was far from an imposing figure - yet even still she had a level of presence when stood before her students, a measure of respect she had gained from her couple of years working here. Often aloof, yet approachable so long as it involved her teachings. She tolerated little bullshit and would speak plainly, much to the chagrin of some but the relief of others. It also may have helped that she was perhaps top of the student populations 'hot teacher' lists.

Great figure, short vanilla blonde hair grown out into a thicker pixie cut, I am Inferi.
