"Aggh! No no no no no!" shouted a man running up to a corner of the room. He sobbed, the tears running down his filtrim and cheeks, his eyebrows looked completly like a U.
Ezril heard this noise and lifted his sword, thinking it was an enemy. He turned around the next corner and saw a man being devoured by posinous spiders. "Flame!" shouted Ezril, burning to spiders, but it was too late. The man was stuck in a face of horror, a cut in his throat and both his legs gnawed off.
Ezril cursed under his breath. He took the corpse and burnt it, it was the only honorable thing to do.
Kai looked around, afraid he would be next to, "Be careful, we don't want to end up like him..." he said, shaking slightly.
Leto drew her bow and pulled back the quiver just in case a spider tried to attack them. "Ezril...do you happen to know what happens when bugs die?" she said, her face staring at the ceiling.
Ezril nodded and looked up at the ceiling, a huge swarm of posinous spiders dropped down. Leto gulped, "When insects die, they let out a scent telling the others to kill the intruder..."
Kai lifted his sword out and jumped, bouncing off the walls and slicing the spider's legs off. He spun around and decapitated the others, their acidic blood starting to burn the ground underneath them.
Leto shot four arrows, the spiders all fleed backwards with haste, they couldn't stand the light arrows, or light.
This gave Ezril an idea, "Flame!" he shouted, making the a huge inferno as the spiders scurried back and curl into a ball, frightened. Ezril smiled, "Come on, they're no threat now." The others nodded as they continued down the path.
