Menaphos is still there even in Old School, but players couldn't get in. Sweepers however were warmly welcomed in Menaphos because the citizens wanted Rosemary seeds. And it was so.

Does this fix the plot hole?

But since they were both "unbuilt", wouldn't Prifddinas become a plot hole if you applied this?

No, it makes perfect sense!

Menaphos had buildings even before Vinesweeper. Players just weren't allowed in. Sweepers can confirm this information.

Sweepers are not sure if Prifddinas was unbuilt or not, but it was pretty much dead in comparison to after Anja helped make it alive.

Does this sound legit?

Just went to check it out again; there's nothing there but sand (or it looks like sand so I assume it's sand)! > )

Did they let you in? If yes, Old School has messed up the lore.

Also, remember that Old School doesn't have Vinesweeper, so it wouldn't still be a plot hole. I still think the city is there in Old School though, and players just can't get in. If you are looking from the outside and can't see any buildings, this probably means they don't yet have any buildings near the walls that could be seen from outside.

New story out!

Hmm, but was it really Anja who saved the sweepers from being burned? Maybe they used super antifires instead? > )

Although I guess Anja could've given them said potions...

I don't remember what that story is in the actual Bible, but the smithing rework reference was cool! I also know that those music tracks listed are from Runescape, but I don't really remember where they play or what they sound like (I'm guessing the altar one is at a runecrafting altar). Sea Shanty 2 could've been useful there... > )

It was definitely Anja who saved them, but how this happened is not known for sure. We can only speculate...

You can always read the stories again since the references are given with the stories; this was Daniel 3:1-29! I was thinking what kind of music Zamorakians would play, so Sea Shanty 2 would be too cheerful. So it's music tracks from "Zamorakian areas". Altar Ego is from ZMI altar (ZMI = Zamorak Magical Institute), and Scape Sad (whose name speaks for itself...) is from the Demonic Ruins in the Wilderness!
