well there are a few options:
use the spare (most cars have 1)
steal one off of another car when no1 is looking
write a story about it, have it published, and sell it for enough for a new tire.
beg ppl for spare tires, especially cops in donut shops because they definately have them. (rofl rofl rofl)
make one
convert ur car to a hover car
take the bus
take a tire off the bus
take all the change off the bus and buy a tire
remember that som1 owes u money
find a loan shark named somthing like "The Butcher" or "Verac The Defiled".
