Holy Smokaroonies! I just looked back at all the lovely comments and realised that I abandoned this story back in SEPTEMBER '08, long before I actually left RS itself for a year.
So I owe everyone an even bigger thank you than before, because that really is an impressive, touching show of loyalty.
I have no explanation for why I didn't post between September '08 and March of '09, but in March I took a break for a few months after a miscarriage, came back for a couple of months in May, and then (and for this I apologise greatly) went to the darkside (ie another immensely popular MMORPG that will remain nameless) because that's the only way I ever got to see my husband most days lol. But only played for a few months, at which point I had major computer issues that kept me away until now.
I apologise for being away for so long, and I do hope you all can forgive me.
