...Noah would only react to most things with a sense of observation instead of fear or shock like others do. Naturally, he breaks down whenever The Fog attacks him -- which you did quite well. There's no problem there. I just find it strange that Noah isn't a very reactive person.
Is your film *scary?* Well, in my opinion, the second half was more harrowing than the first. It's pretty scary if one's not used to the genre, and even if one is, the amount and intensity of the gore in Nightmare is enough to freak out a viewer at least once throughout the movie.
I bet you're wondering if it scared *me.* Welll... considering I don't spook that easily, I have to say some parts were creepy. Not really *scary...* just creepy. Freaky, even.
All in all, you did a decent job. Remember to think about the viewer's perspective when and if you decide to make another film (or write another book)... make sure you have a coherent reason for everything that goes on in the tale. You don't need to explain it as the event happens, but if you want to avoid confusion or oddities like the ones we found, you're going to want to explain that event at *some point* in the story.
My final rating is...
38 out of 50 Mini-Stars.
