Ok I've read through it all (I actually had to re-read most of it, it's been so long), and i just wanted to point out one thing

When talking about the dragonite in Chapter 3.1 "This will then be frozen until it becomes pure gas."

technically, if a liquid is cooled, it becomes a solid again. If a liquid is heated, it becomes a gas. so you may want to change that, though later it did seem like you had the right process going on but it was hard to tell.
