Personality: Seemingly very eccentric, but loyal to those who manage to earn his respect. Demanding of his crew, and with a very sarcastic outlook.

Height: 5' 11" (And don't you forget it!)
Physical Appearance: Caucasian, with hair having turned a silver grey rather early. Maintains a goatee of sorts, and short, crewcut hair. He's not the most fit, but has the build of a wrestler. Tends to wear whatever he decides- whether it looks decent or not, he wears for practicality. Metallic gloves reach most of the way up his forearms.(think iron man, but a dull silver.)
Wears a pair of ancient aviator sunglasses.
Weaponry: Said gloves. These increase his gripping strength, as well as provide a holographic projection device which he uses for examinging diagrams when working on his craft. Additionally, they may be used as distractions in combat. He also occasionally will wield a shotgun-like weapon.
Armour: The most he'll wear is a harness like unit that extends the holographic abilities exemplified in his gloves. this enables invisibility of a sort, impersonation, or just, again, distraction...

Other(Ex.Background story):
Wayne is a long time pilot. Joining the military as a pilot and mechanic at 19, he's become quite skilled at total manual control, as opposed to the widely used automatic assist used in his field. As a mechanic, he does various alterations to his craft, as well as inventing "silly" gadgets like his work gloves and harness.
