"To who, did you give so much games to?"
Yes, if you begin a sentence with a preposition, you must put a comma after the prepositional phrase, but you say "Whom" instead of "Who" when who is an object of preposition.
Also, you don't say "much" in that context. Much refers to a lot of something that cannot be count. If something is plural, don't say much before it, say many.
This is a corrected sentence:
"To whom, did you give so many games?"
Also, the next sentence.
"You brought to much pounds in your backpack. Bring less next time."
Once again, much is misused. It's many, not much. Also you say fewer rather than less. I don't know why; I just know. Also, catherine found another mistake. "You brought TO much pounds." It should have been too. I often make that mistake. I kinda type things the way I hear it. That is why i am insane with grammar but, I made such a stupid mistake.
